| Maple Nut Energy Bars |
Ingredients
1 cup Oats, Baked For 10 Minutes At 350°F (omit For Raw Option)
2 cups Pitted Dates
¼ cups Almond Butter
¼ cups Maple Syrup
2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
¼ teaspoons Sea Salt
1 teaspoon Spirulina Or Powdered Greens (optional)
1 Tablespoon Cocoa Nibs (optional)
½ cups Pecans Or Roasted Walnuts, Chopped (double Amount For Raw Option)
Preparation
Process everything in a food processor, then press onto parchment paper. Refrigerate overnight, slice into bars or bites with pizza cutter. Store in fridge and enjoy!
