| Spicy New Potatoes in Arrabbiata Sauce |
Ingredients
1-½ pound New Potatoes, Sliced In Half
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Cayenne Powder
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Chili Seasoning
½ teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
½ cups Arrabbiata Sauce (spicy Tomato/pasta Sauce)
Fresh Cilantro For Garnish
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 450 F. In a bowl, combine potatoes, olive oil, cayenne powder, paprika, chili seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Toss to coat the potatoes in the rub, then place them in a single layer onto a greased baking sheet.
Roast potatoes in the oven for 30-40 minutes, or until cooked through. Remove from oven.
In a large bowl toss potatoes in the Arrabbiata sauce, and garnish with fresh cilantro. Enjoy!
